Catherine Kilty has joined the Leavenworth non-profit Tierra Village as executive director. Catherine relocated to Leavenworth from Yakima and Lewis counties.

 Kim Martin has joined the Chelan branch of North Cascades Bank as its human resources manager.

 Martin attended Washington State University and earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from Seattle University. She most recently spent 12 years as human resources and recruiting at the Boeing Company.

Dave Mann has joined the Wenatchee branch of North Cascades Bank as its senior vice president, senior loan officer. He joins from People’s Bank where he was the senior vice president and commercial banking team leader for seven years.

Mann is a graduate of Central Washington University and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and holds a CPA certificate. He is also on the board at Habitat for Humanities of the Greater Wenatchee area and serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Julie Rickard has been selected program director to head the Parkside Mental Health Residential Treatment and Crisis Stabilization Center. Rickard, a licensed psychologist, graduated from Washington State University and founded the Suicide Prevention Coalition of North Central Washington in 2012. 

Christine Douglas has joined Laura Mounter Real Estate & Co. as a broker. Douglas was raised in Walla Walla and spent more than a decade in corporate business in Seattle.

Allison Nathe has joined Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC. Allison has 20 years of experience as a wealth management assistant and registered client assistant. She has passed the FINRA series 65 exam and is currently working to re-earn her Series 7 and equivalent series 66. 

The Salcido Connection has announced the addition of Tad DeLancy as an apprentice electrician. DeLancy is completing his Electrical Technology Certificate from Perry Technical Institute, where he’s earned President’s List honors. He previously spent eight years with Alcoa as head tapper and furnace operator. 

The Washington Apple Commission board has elected Michael Roche as chairman and David Douglas as vice chairman. Roche is a fourth-generation owner of Yakima-based Roche Fruit. Douglas is co-president of the family owned and operated Douglas Fruit, located in Pasco. 

Crunch Pak has added three to its sales team. Cindy Grissom and Ben Cope are new sales executives and TeiAnna Mayer is a sales associate.

Grissom has spent several years experience in the apple industry with time spent at Dovex Fruit Company and Stemilt. 

Cope was previously the global supply chain and logistics manager for a natural food company in Seattle.

Mayer has more than 15 years experience in the apple industry with Stemilt Growers and additional experience in retail and medicine.

Commissioners re-elected for an additional 3-years included Frank Davis, Jim Thomas, David Douglas, Cass Gebbers, and Bob Mast.

Avid Castro was named Classified School Employee of the Year in the Manson School District. She’s been with district for 17 years, 13 as a paraeducator. She was nominated by her supervisor, Keitlyn Watson.

Kyle Richards was named by the Wenatchee Convention Center as their 2017 Employee of the year. Richards has been with the convention center since September 2010.

Eastmont superintendent Garn Christensen received the 2018 Trail Blazer Award for his sustained service to youth. He is the 18th community leader recognized with the annual award. 

Betsy Loomis of CENTURY 21 Exclusively was recognized as one of the company’s top producers nationwide and awarded the CENTURY 21 Masters Ruby Award.

Tobe H. Harberd, MD, has been awarded the Dr. John Anderson Memorial Award for Outstanding Rural Health Practitioner by the Washington Rural Health Association for his contributions to Chelan’s rural communities.

Brad Allen, CVA, owner and designated broker at Sage Real Estate Services, recently attended a webinar for Real Estate Development: Approvals and Permits presented by Ward Center for Real Estate Studies.

Kettlebell Lady Leanne Wylet, Multi-Credentialed Fitness Instructor and Marketing Consultant, recently completed her re certification for Sliver Sneakers/Be Fit - Yoga.

Dr. Chad Hurst of Hurst Chiropractic recently attended advanced training in scoliosis diagnosis and management and he is now a Scolibrace provider, a bracing technique utilizing x-ray and 3-D imaging to create custom spinal braces.

 JoAnna Holland of CENTURY 21 Exclusively recently attended the three-day One21 Experience held by Century 21 Real Estate in recognition of the achievements by independent sales associates, teams, offices. She learned about industry trends and new offerings. Holland was also recently recognized in the first quarter of 2018 by CENTURY 21 Exclusively with the Realtor of the Quarter award.
