Chuck Adams of Apple Valley Honda was recently promoted to a business manager position.

Erin Allers has joined Kelley Imaging Systems as a reprographics manager. Allers has a background in customer service.

Nikki Buzzell, a health and fitness teacher, was awarded the Wenatchee High School Panther P.R.I.D.E first quarter award. The Panther P.R.I.D.E program recognizes teachers and school staff creating a positive and safe learning environment.

Brian Daines was recently hired at Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC, as a supervisor. Daines has a background in technology, life sciences, retail and manufacturing spaces.

Audrey Bessonette was promoted to senior vice president for the Chelan-Douglas Commercial Banking Group.

Bessonette has been with Peoples Bank since 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Washington University where she studied business administration and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School in 2013.

Charity Davidson was recently welcomed to the SCJ Alliance consulting firm as a senior planner. Davidson is a graduate of Central Washington University and has 10 years experience in environmental resource planning.

Rep. Tom Dent, R-Moses Lake, was awarded the 2017 Advocate of the Year Award from the American Academy of Pediatrics.

He was nominated for his leadership on the Children’s Mental Heath Work Group and dedication to advancing child mental health legislation. 

Jeff S. Kerr of Countryside Veterinary Clinic attended an ophthalmology seminar at McKinley-Peters Equine Hospital in Spokane. 

Bill Quinn was awarded a master’s certification at the annual Detail Success Meeting and Continuing Education Event in Las Vegas.

Steve Wright, general manager of the Chelan County PUD, has been elected to a three-year term on the America Public Power Association Board and represents Region 9, covering Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.

Austin Murdock has joined the Chelan Fire and Rescue team as a firefighter and certified EMT.

Murdock grew up in Leavenworth and started as a volunteer for Chelan County Fire District No. 3 and worked with the Mukilteo and Lake Stevens Fire departments.
